Role Overview
The Transportation Financial Analyst I will perform transportation programming, letting project scheduling, and federal funding preparation and analysis work. They will oversee projects/grants/programs/lettings, including application, approval, monitoring, audits, investigations, and authorizing funding. The role involves administering project programming and scheduling processes and systems, reviewing and analyzing project funding data, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.
What You Will Do
Assist with development and monitoring the 24-month letting schedule, fiscal constraint, and letting/funding processes. Coordinate project scheduling, programming, and funding review/approval. Monitor financial constraint of assigned district(s) construction funding allocations. Prepare Federal Project Authorization and Agreements (FPAA) and Advanced Funding Agreement (AFAs).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- 2 years experience in funding administration, planning, budgeting or working with state or federal funding
