Inside Sales Manager – Strategic Accounts responsible for collaborating with field sales representatives and supporting strategic sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Collaborate with field sales representatives and sales leadership to support strategic sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Respond to and manage inbound strategic inquiries, including email requests, customer calls, and quote requests.
- Research and identify new strategic sales opportunities using approved tools and data sources such as Zoom Info and Salesforce.
- Ensure sales opportunities and quotes are accurately entered, maintained, and progressed in Salesforce.
- Support opportunity stage management and pipeline visibility to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Collect, maintain, and verify required documentation to support contracting and internal sales requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams to support pricing, contract, and opportunity execution.
- Track and validate strategic account-related pricing programs, rebates, or sales reporting to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain organized records to support reporting, audits, and internal compliance requirements.
- Travel less than 5% expected
- Strong understanding of sales operations, quoting processes, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and documentation requirements simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all sales documentation.
