As a Sr. Strategic Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted partner to large, complex organizations, helping them navigate business challenges while delivering meaningful value to their employees and customers.
Requirements
- Build and sustain strong, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers across assigned accounts.
- Act as a strategic advisor by deeply understanding each client’s business, industry dynamics, and long-term objectives.
- Lead renewal and growth strategies by presenting data-driven insights, negotiating rate actions, and identifying opportunities to expand solutions and services.
- Drive portfolio performance by delivering growth, retention, and earnings outcomes across a book of large employer clients.
- Apply financial and underwriting knowledge to help clients manage costs while maximizing the value of offered solutions.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, client management, and internal partners to deliver aligned, seamless client solutions.
- Proactively address client needs by overseeing service delivery, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Leverage market and industry trends to help clients stay competitive and informed, positioning solutions that meet evolving needs.
