Role Overview

Contribute to accurate product costing and pricing processes, delivering insights that support innovation and operational excellence across multiple regions.

What You Will Do

Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations, execute re-costing of materials, lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes, and oversee daily deliverables from third-party service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles
• Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems
• Strong digital and data literacy, including the ability to leverage analytics for decision support and process efficiency
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese are advantageous
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service provider performance
• Demonstrated growth mindset with experience in driving process improvements and embracing transformation initiatives
• Skilled in managing competing priorities, analyzing complex data, and applying problem-solving to supply chain challenges
