Role Overview

Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of sales systems, reporting, and analytics that support critical commercial operations across the U.S. and Canada. Partner with Retail Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technology, data, and reporting solutions. Drive enterprise reporting and business intelligence capabilities, delivering trusted insights and performance visibility that enable better business decisions.

What You Will Do

Lead large-scale modernization initiatives, system implementations, and change management efforts while ensuring successful user adoption and business continuity. Provide advanced application support by configuring system settings, managing integrations and plugins, troubleshooting issues, and leading software upgrades to ensure stable and efficient business operations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in software engineer specifically in data platform engineering.
• Experience in data engineering, data platform design, and management and data security and compliance practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages and a deep understanding of database technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data streaming and real-time data processing.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
