Role Overview

The FP&A Supply Chain Corporate team ensures the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of key financial processes that enable the entire system to thrive. In this role, you will contribute to accurate product costing and pricing processes, delivering insights that support innovation and operational excellence across multiple regions.

What You Will Do

Manage a team of 3 Coca-Cola associates and partner with Genpact. Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations for assigned plant locations, ensuring accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles
• Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems
• Strong digital and data literacy, including the ability to leverage analytics for decision support and process efficiency
• Fluency in English
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service provider performance
• Demonstrated growth mindset with experience in driving process improvements and embracing transformation initiatives
• Skilled in managing competing priorities, analyzing complex data, and applying problem-solving to supply chain challenges
