Role Overview
The Economist Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) at a time of continued growth and investment. The role will support the success and retention of our China client base, ensuring customers derive value from EIU’s solutions and services.
What You Will Do
Manage a portfolio of China & Taiwan client accounts, supporting customer engagement, adoption, and satisfaction. Monitor customer health metrics, identify opportunities to strengthen client value, and lead onboarding and user enablement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, with experience working with clients across the China market. Strong communication and relationship management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative approach are required.
