Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service to customers entering the store, ensuring a positive and productive visit to Franklin Building Supply. This role entails assisting customers, addressing their questions, and guiding them in finding the products they require.

What You Will Do

Assist customers, address their questions, and guide them in finding the products they require. Work at the inside sales counter, engaging with and assisting customers. Encounter a diverse range of customers and experience the daily operations of a retail facility.
