Role Overview
The Sales Operations Associate will support the New Business Sales, Inside Sales, and Renewals teams by assisting with daily operations to improve efficiency and revenue outcomes. This is a cross-functional position that combines data management and tool support to help power our sales motion.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include operational support, CRM management, data integrity, process improvement, contract workflows, reporting assistance, documentation, renewal tracking, and CRM proficiency.
