Role Overview
Drive strategic growth in a psychology-led coaching and transformation business. This is a hybrid role combining sales strategy, systems thinking, and entrepreneurial execution.
What You Will Do
Design and execute business development strategies, build scalable systems for lead generation, conversion, and pipeline management, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy
- Strong background in coaching, consulting, personal development, or professional services
- Experience scaling a business from founder-led to team-driven
- Strategic and systems-oriented, with hands-on implementation ability
- Data-driven mindset comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and insights
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-evolving environment
- Familiar with CRMs, marketing automation, and project management tools
