Role Overview

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients while driving sales through retention and new business development. You’ll promote and sell our full range of services including lawn installation, irrigation, lawn maintenance, and pest control.

What You Will Do

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively manage client properties, ensure frequent communication with clients, conduct scheduled property visits, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • Commercial account management or sales experience, ideally in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation.
  • Strong knowledge of lawn installation, irrigation, maintenance, and pest control.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving and client issue resolution.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting sales proposals; track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM/operations software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
