Role Overview

Murphy is recruiting for a Data Analyst to work within our Energy division, to help deliver major energy infrastructure projects in partnership with our clients across the UK.

What You Will Do

The role will involve working as part of the PMO and closely with the Planning and Project Controls Functions, projects in the portfolio and business reporting stakeholders to understand reporting, performance and analytical requirements.

Requirements

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
• Proactive with a willingness to learn and support busy project teams
• Knowledge and practical experience with Primavera P6 and PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Advanced user of MS Excel, and Power BI
• Confident in developing dashboards and performance metrics
• Working knowledge of ETL and data ingestion (API knowledge)
• Understanding of relational databases and data modelling
• Experience within construction and/or civil engineering processes and applications
