Role Overview
The Director of Sales Operations leads the strategic and operational functions that support the sales organization’s performance and growth, facilitating alignment across teams to ensure efficient, data-driven execution of revenue strategies, accurate forecasting, and scalable processes.
What You Will Do
Translate enterprise strategy into a structured, measurable sales operating model, enable predictable revenue performance, provide executive leadership with actionable insights, and design and continuously improve scalable sales processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or similar field
- 8+ years’ experience in sales operations

- Experience managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience leading strategic change management initiatives
