Partner Success Manager

The Predictive Index is seeking a Partner Success Manager to serve as the primary success driver for a tiered ecosystem of certified partners, delivering differentiated support, resources, and engagement based on each partner’s tier level.

Requirements

• Conducts tiered business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance progress and identify growth opportunities
• Develops and executes tiered partner success plans, establishing differentiated goals, enablement milestones, and performance expectations based on each partner’s designated tier
• Proactively monitors partner health metrics by tier, identifying at-risk partners early and implementing targeted interventions to improve product adoption, engagement, and retention
• Collaborates with partners to establish a clear roadmap for advancing to higher tiers and ensuring tier benefits and requirements are clearly communicated and upheld
• Serves as the internal advocate for partners across all tiers, escalating issues appropriately and working cross-functionally to remove barriers to partner success
