Role Overview
As the CORE Sales Manager, you will lead and nurture a team of sales representatives, driving the company’s expansion and success through strategic account management and territorial outreach. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on leadership and strategic foresight.
What You Will Do
Craft and execute strategic sales plans, coach and develop sales representatives, build a team culture, lead by example in industry events, design and deliver training sessions, maintain oversight of sales activities, and work closely with other sales teams.
