Financial Analyst II

Role Overview

Contribute to the growth of your career in the Corporate Treasury Analytics function, supporting global forecasting, Treasury initiatives, and enhancements.

What You Will Do

Lead the consolidation and oversight of daily and long-term operating cash and interest forecasting, develop and maintain interest forecast models, and present cash management and analytics reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment banking or other related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
• Experience in forecasting and project planning preferred
• Experience in analyzing key financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to report on and analyze data with support
• Proven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop robust interactive models independently
• Previous experience communicating, both verbal and written, with key business partners and management
• High level of curiosity to explore, learn, understand, and report on large amounts of business data and information
• High level of attention to detail and a willingness to drive & lead change
• Strong sense of urgency around delivery of information and deadlines
• Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task
• Inclination to proactively identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions
• Experience building clear PowerPoint presentations for senior management; ability to tell a story with data, present with confidence and maintain composure under pressure
• Willingness to learn about Treasury and the TJX business model
