The Toro Company is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A) to provide financial analysis and reporting to support departmental and divisional objectives. The role supports budgeting processes, monitors project spending, and ensures accuracy in financial data. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting, and 5+ years of experience in planning, budgeting, accounting/finance.

Requirements

  • Provide financial planning, reporting, and analysis of department and cost center budgets.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for department & division management.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process changes to drive efficiency, data integrity, and clarity of financials.
  • Manage the Engineering Labor Maintenance systems to ensure proper assignment of cost centers to track manpower utilization.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closings, reconciling financial data, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
