Field Leadership Development & Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Field Leadership Development & Enablement Manager curates, develops, and manages leadership development programs, content, and enablement resources for Market Directors and Market Developers. This role serves as the enablement lever for field leadership growth, retention, and development.

Translate enterprise strategy, leadership expectations, and business priorities into scalable learning experiences, practical tools, and field-ready resources that strengthen leadership capability and improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5-7 years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, sales enablement, field enablement, program management, or related disciplines
• Strong writing, instructional design, content development, and communication skills
• Experience creating learning materials, toolkits, presentations, guides, and development resources
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Ability to translate business strategy and performance expectations into clear development solutions
• Strong collaboration, consultation, and relationship management skills
• Experience leveraging performance data, feedback, and insights to improve development outcomes
