Role Overview

The Account, Interaction and Search Safety Team is a lean, agile team dedicated to safeguarding across Account, Search, Comments and Messages. Our mission is to adapt quickly and respond effectively to the evolving demands of platform safety.

What You Will Do

As a Business Data Analyst Graduate, you will develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and reports to track safety performance across Account, Search, and Interaction domains. You will also analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps, and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ year of relevant experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analytics roles (internships included)
• Solid analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and visualization
• Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
