This role focuses on marketing product operations, owning the end-to-end operations of TikTok Local Services marketing tools. You will work at the intersection of product, business, and growth to build and scale marketing capabilities, improving product efficiency, campaign performance, and overall ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, commercial operations, or marketing strategy within the tech/internet industry.
- Solid product operations foundation with a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, from requirement analysis and feature design to GTM execution and user adoption.
- Proven Project Management skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
