Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is a strategic role that leads go-to-market strategy and execution for TikTok’s advertising solutions with a market-first lens. The PMM partners closely with in-market Sales teams, priority clients, cross-functional stakeholders, and HQ Product and Product Marketing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You Will Do
Own Branding go-to-market strategy and adoption for TikTok’s advertising solutions, design and execute in-market activations and programs to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth, and identify opportunities to simplify, scale, and strengthen GTM execution across markets.

Requirements
- Years of experience in Product Marketing within digital advertising or tech
- Data Acumen: Strong ability to translate data into insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
- Prioritization: Proven ability to simplify, focus, and prioritize GTM efforts for maximum business impact
- Communication & Influence: Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English, Spanish, & Portuguese (both written & verbal)
- Cross-Functional Agility: Experience driving alignment across Sales, Product, Operations, and Strategy in complex, fast-moving environments
- Impact Mindset: Track record of delivering against ambitious performance goals
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Ease in navigating complexity and influencing Sales, XFN partners, HQ teams, and clients
