Sales Lead, SMB Performance Solutions – DACH

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead focused on the DACH market to build and support our growing Account Management and New Business Sales Account Managers. As a Sales Team Lead, you will lead a team of Account Managers who partner with our high-value clients and internal stakeholders to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex advertising opportunities and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with a proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth.
  • Management experience of a small team with demonstrated experience of leading and coaching high-performing teams and fostering professional development while driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in process development and workflow optimization, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales Ops) to drive business results and improve advertiser success.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High oral and written fluency in German and in English, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the DACH markets served by the business
