Role Overview

The Senior Agency Growth Manager/Team Lead will lead a team responsible for agency growth and performance, translate market signals and data into clear priorities, and drive execution through team members and cross-functional partners.

Develop TikTok LIVE Latam agency growth strategies, design and iterate agency benefit systems, identify market opportunities and operational risks, build scalable agency success cases, and own key business metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5 or more years of experience in the internet industry, management consulting, sales, key account management, agency management, or a related field

• Experience working in an international organization
• Strong judgment grounded in data, market observation, and customer insight
• Strong strategic thinking and operational discipline
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish
