Senior Agency Partnerships Manager, Ad-Sales

Role Overview

As the Sr. Agency Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and developing innovative, commercially viable partnerships with key agencies across México. You’ll manage strategic agency client relationships, leveraging a deep understanding of their business needs to drive mutual growth. This position will play a key role in expanding our impact within the agency ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include building and executing multi-quarter business plans to secure long-term revenue commitments and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) from top-priority agencies, cultivating high-level relationships with Agency Business Leads, Negotiation Teams, and C-Suite, and auditing the agency’s client roster to identify whitespace and drive both new client onboarding and deeper product adoption.

We’re looking for someone with experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, including direct Ad Agency experience, and expertise in digital advertising, ad-tech, media agencies, or e-commerce. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish credibility with both technical and non-technical business owners.

Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, including direct Ad Agency experience
• Industry expertise in digital advertising, ad-tech, media agencies, or e-commerce
• Technical acumen in self-serve platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
• Analytical skills in analyzing performance data and best practices
• Stakeholder management skills in owning relationships with programmatic trading desk managers and engaging effectively across multiple organizational levels
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills in Advanced English
