Role Overview

Join our operations team to build a commerce ecosystem on TikTok, leveraging the platform’s 1 billion+ users to deliver a new and better commerce experience.

What You Will Do

Grow e-commerce creator scale and sales within Home & Living, build internal processes to support merchant and creator growth, and deliver performance reports and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5+ years of working experience in Creator/Affiliates/Digital Marketing development at internet/e-commerce companies
• 2 years of team management experience
• Strong creator/user growth strategy and roadmap designing skills with strong data sense and knowledge
• Proficiency in English
