What You Will Do
Grow e-commerce creator scale and sales within Home & Living, build internal processes to support merchant and creator growth, and deliver performance reports and insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5+ years of working experience in Creator/Affiliates/Digital Marketing development at internet/e-commerce companies
- 2 years of team management experience
- Strong creator/user growth strategy and roadmap designing skills with strong data sense and knowledge
- Proficiency in English
