Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and hands-on Director, Financial Operations & Regulatory Reporting to lead, automate, and scale critical accounting functions across our global organization. In this role, you will gain broad exposure across various financial domains, collaborating closely with executive leadership to streamline processes, enhance internal controls, and drive IPO readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a highly analytical field
• CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports
• Data & Spreadsheets: Exceptional, advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Systems Knowledge: Experience with equity management platforms and data visualization and AI tools
• Technical Accounting: Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, equity accounting (SBC), and multi-entity regulatory frameworks
