We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to architect and lead the training and development strategy for our growing sales team. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a builder—someone excited to create scalable onboarding and enablement programs from the ground up.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales enablement, L&D, or training roles
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning best practices
- Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with Sales, Product, CX, and RevOps
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas
- Experience enabling BDRs across prospecting, sales process, and objection handling
- Data-driven approach to measuring training impact and performance lift
- Highly autonomous and self-directed; thrives with ownership
- Familiarity with enablement and sales tools like Salesloft, Orum, Notion, and onboarding platforms
