Senior Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build a demand generation engine and drive pipeline creation. The role requires 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience marketing to enterprise accounts and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
  • Strong experience with SEO, SEM, paid media, and campaign execution
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience planning and executing webinars and events as demand drivers
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them in marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment
