Role Overview
The Coordinator, Sales Operations & Finance will support the day-to-day operations of Whistler.com, Whistler’s official booking channel, by administering products, bookings, supplier information, and financial processes accurately and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include acting as a Tourism Whistler ambassador, maintaining accurate product information, processing and reconciling supplier invoices, and responding to inquiries and credit card chargebacks.

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn reservation, payment, and supplier systems
