Role Overview
Manage one or more major dealer accounts and an assigned region to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business relationships. The role requires strategic sales leadership, strong account management, market analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute sales strategies, lead account and business planning activities, build and maintain strong relationships with key dealer stakeholders, and identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills, with a results-oriented approach
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to represent the company effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze competitor activity and market conditions and make sound business recommendations
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and respect in support of company goals and values
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 70% to 75% of the time, including overnight travel and occasional weekends
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to comply with company policies and safety requirements
- Must be able to travel efficiently and reliably to a regional or international airport within approximately 60 minutes
