Role Overview
As a Forward Deployed GTM Manager, you will drive the growth of Traba’s AI product, Neo, by building out and refining the GTM strategy, closing new customers, and working directly with leadership teams to demonstrate Neo’s impact on their P&L. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and engineering to achieve objectives and learn about building and expanding a startup.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include owning the growth of Neo, prospecting and closing 6-7 figure partnerships with logistics and manufacturing businesses, analyzing market trends and customer behavior, and developing strategies to penetrate new leads and drive revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4-8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, working at a startup, AI GTM, or related roles
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer financial statements, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders
