Role Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for Tradesmen’s services by educating contractors about the Tradesmen International Value Proposition. They locate and bring in new business, maintain client relationships, and increase the usage of Tradesmen International’s services and workforce.

What You Will Do

Create and grow sales, maintain and exceed sales goals, communicate client needs, generate sales leads, make direct sales calls, educate clients about the benefits of Tradesmen’s services, and collect monies owed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. They should be able to build strong customer and field employee relationships, and have experience with cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads.
