Role Overview

Join our Business Development Representative (BDR) team in LATAM, focusing on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities across Commercial and Enterprise segments. Work in a fast-paced team with varied future customers across multiple verticals, with personalized training and career opportunities.

What You Will Do

Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities, nurture and progress early-stage opportunities, and develop strategic prospecting plans by account, vertical, and persona.

Requirements

  • Conversational English fluency
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Comfortable with outbound cold calling
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic prospecting plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple parts of the organization
