Role Overview

TransferGo is a growing fintech scale-up on a mission to champion financial freedom with care. We are looking for someone to own how TransferGo is discovered across search engines, AI-powered platforms and our website.

What You Will Do

You will lead technical and international SEO, content discoverability, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and our website growth roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SEO, organic growth or web-led customer acquisition, with commercial results you can demonstrate.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience leading international and multilingual SEO across several countries.
• A strong understanding of content strategy, keyword and intent research, internal linking and authority building.
• Practical knowledge of AEO and GEO, including how AI-powered platforms discover, assess and cite information.
• Experience owning or significantly influencing a commercial website and its roadmap, including conversion optimisation and experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills, and a track record of connecting search and website performance to acquisition, revenue or another business outcome.
• Experience working effectively with developers, designers, analysts, writers, product teams and commercial stakeholders.
