Role Overview
Supports the field sales team and leadership by assisting with sales analytics, forecasting, territory planning, compensation modeling, sales incentive program support, and quota management. This role delivers actionable insights by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
What You Will Do
Primary internal point of contact for field sales team in assisting with weekly sales forecasting, surgeon-territory alignments, sales incentive program support, and direct buy activities. Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast field activity, and uncover growth opportunities.
