Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the region’s strategic plan, leading and fostering a ‘people first’ culture, and serving as a primary contact with key distributor locations. This role is a key member of our Field Sales team.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include coaching, training, and mentoring sales organization, recruiting and hiring new team members, developing and executing annual business plans, and managing co-op funding and Business Development Funds.

Requirements
- 4-year degree
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Previous experience as a District Sales Manager or Account Manager
- Three years of key account responsibility
- Three years of successful people management experience
