Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive strategic decisions and company profitability.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in accounting or finance
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • MBA or CPA is a plus
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
