What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure excellent service and long-term partnerships. Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in customer service, sales operations, logistics, or transportation coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, resolve concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, STEM, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
