Role Overview
Join Triptease as a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale the commercial engine in a high-growth environment. You’ll act as a trusted business partner to the Chief Growth Officer and revenue leaders, contributing to Growth Leadership Team discussions and providing insights to the Senior Management Team.
What You Will Do
Support the Head of RevOps & Enablement in running and evolving the function, partner with the CGO and revenue leaders to turn company goals into Growth plans, and own Growth reporting, analytics, and performance reviews.

Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a related commercial operations role within a SaaS or software business
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong knowledge of pricing, sales processes, deal desk and commercial workflows
- Experience coordinating contract and terms and conditions redlines
- Demonstrated experience across a modern revenue technology stack
- Strong no-code automation skills and a track record of connecting systems and simplifying workflows
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, including ownership of executive reporting, performance analysis, planning and budgeting
- Strong self-management and stakeholder-management skills
- A strong track record of orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams with different priorities, often without direct authority
