Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Supports the sales organization through sales metrics reporting, performance analytics, and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation.

What You Will Do

Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards on sales team performance, build and maintain pre-populated QBR slide decks, and compile and analyze yearly trend reports on individual sales rep performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet tools and CRM/reporting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing recurring deadlines across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of sales operations, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
