We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales of our tourism experiences in the unique location of New Zealand’s Hermitage Hotel. The role involves driving revenue, maintaining merchandising standards, and fostering a team culture.
Requirements
- Experience in sales to drive revenue targets with a focus on New Zealand-made products and our tourism experiences
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop teams to deliver outstanding service
- Demonstrable experience managing daily operations in a fast-paced retail store
- Financial acumen to optimize rostering, budgeting, and forecasting
- Passion for the outdoors and aligning to the values of Aoraki/Mount Cook
