Sales Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for the overall success and management of the marketing function in a lawn care branch. Plans, directs, and coordinates marketing activities of TruGreen services.

What You Will Do

Recruits, interviews, and selects personnel needed to efficiently staff sales function. Develops and executes marketing plans. Analyzes and distributes new sale cancellation requests in an attempt to retain customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
• two to three years related experience and/or training
• ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, specialists, customers and the general public
