Enterprise Sales Manager (Future Opportunities/Talent Pipeline)

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be the lead strategist for growing our footprint across the mortgage landscape, establishing new partnerships with Independent Mortgage Bankers, Credit Unions, and Banks. The role involves identifying and building relationships with new lending institutions, working closely with executive leadership teams to understand their specific lending goals, and positioning the Mortgage Coach platform as a key driver for their digital transformation and loan officer productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of enterprise account management or sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM tools
  • Background in the mortgage or loan industry
  • Track record of winning new business with large, complex organizations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SalesForce, Hubspot or other pipeline management tools
  • MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, and Command the Message methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
