Residential Account Manager

TruStile Doors is seeking a Residential Account Manager to provide day-to-day support of existing customer accounts, serve as the primary point of contact for quotes, product questions, and customer training, and develop relationships with sales territory representatives to maximize sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to track results and set priorities
  • Work with direct report manager to baseline, track, and goal set key performance metrics
  • Train customers to fully leverage the TruQuote tool for their ordering and quoting needs
