Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The User Growth team owns EVO’s new-user pipeline — the campaigns, budgets, and channel strategy that turn media spend into activated, credit-worthy users. This role sits at the center of that engine: you’ll run acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, and DSPs, working closely with brand and product to make sure every dollar spent both hits its KPI and reinforces where EVO is headed as a brand.

What You Will Do

Own and lead user acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, and other DSPs (Applovin, Ironsource, Mintegral, etc.). Plan and execute always-on and seasonal campaigns, driving performance and budget efficiency across the full funnel.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in performance or digital marketing, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or apps with large user bases
• Startup or tech background is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage sizable acquisition budgets and deliver measurable results
• Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms
• Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics, or equivalent attribution tools
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required)
• High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
