Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to turn Yubo’s brand ambition into brilliant, effective marketing, from major campaign moments to paid and owned-channel activity, and the smaller tests that help us learn what works.

What You Will Do

You will translate Yubo’s brand strategy into an executable US marketing programme, lead integrated brand campaigns, own campaign and paid-media planning and management, and build and manage influencer capabilities.

Requirements

• A breadth of experience in brand and integrated marketing, ideally in a high-growth tech, consumer app, entertainment, lifestyle or youth-culture business.
• A track record of developing and delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, working closely with cross-functional partners.
• An understanding of the US market and how 18–24-year-olds engage with brands, culture and social platforms.
• Experience owning campaign and paid-media planning and management, ideally in close partnership with performance marketing, creative and comms teams.
• Confidence analysing campaign performance and translating data into clear optimisation and investment recommendations.
• Experience working closely with creative teams to develop strong campaign platforms, briefs and work that is both strategically sharp and creatively ambitious.
• A curiosity for less traditional channels, partnerships and approaches, with the creativity to test new ways of reaching people and maximise earned attention above what we buy.
• A proactive, autonomous and highly collaborative working style.
