The Inside Sales Representative will work under the direction of the Fleet Sales Manager to assist with day-to-day operations in the Truck Sales Department. They will handle customer calls, assist in finding trucks and trailers, and provide tax and DMV fees for sales. The role requires customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Retail/automotive sales experience is a plus
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication
