Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making across a growing network of gastroenterology practices and ambulatory surgery centers. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and senior leadership to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include preparing and distributing management reports, assisting with budget and strategic planning, and analyzing revenue, operating expenses, and profitability across practices, providers, and service lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience
  • Experience working with business or unit management teams as a value-add resource and trusted advisor
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and financial modelling
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of presenting complex financial and business information in an easy-to-understand format
