Role Overview
The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations position provides strategic and operational support for UBC sales operations, including oversight and management of the technology stack, sales process development, training, lead tracking from prospecting through award, and comprehensive reporting of sales and marketing influence on the UBC pipeline.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support data-driven decision making across the organization; manage the full sales analytics process, including data sourcing, cleaning, exploration, modeling, and validation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree and 3 – 5 years of relevant experience;
- Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts within the sales and marketing field
- Expert/advanced with customer relationship management (CRM), content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
