About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support and scale our commercial organization by driving performance, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and optimize our go-to-market execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
  • Support key processes such as segmentation, book of business management, and target setting
  • Build dashboards, reports, and business reviews for leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve overall GTM effectiveness

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in French (Native or C2 Level)
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid SQL skills (must-have for the role)
  • Experience in Commercial Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Business Analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
